Don't buy temporary paint!

I repeat: DO NOT BUY FOR TEMPORARY COLOR! If I could I would give 0 stars but give 1 because when you do it with bleach it's actually a beautiful color. But temporary paint is such a mess! I originally bought this for my 9 year old who wanted to dye his hair green. I made it without bleach, then I made half of mine with bleach. He's had two washes and that dye is EVERYWHERE and EVERYTHING he touches. His poor forehead, ears, neck, arms and hands are green. His pillow is stained. I have small…

Midnight Violet didn't stain or stain anything, not my hair, not my skin, not the sink, not my towel. anything. B. Everything.

It didn't work at all, I was so disappointed. I've been using Splat for years with great results but this colour/formula, Midnight Violet was a complete failure and a waste of money, I was so disappointed. I wonder if it was just a bad batch? I have naturally black hair, the strands are gradually turning white and strands at the temples, so I'm very happy that I finally have hair that I can dye without damaging it with bleach to lighten it. just pick any color. I'd like to preface this by saying that I almost never leave reviews and I sincerely try never to leave negative reviews, but let's get started. Pros: (literally a pro) the color of superb jade. A beautiful green on a blue base that is gorgeous. Cons: 1. Hair coloring guide - upside down πŸ€” - advice not to rub scalp didn't work for me and now I have a patchy jade colored scalp. I apply petroleum jelly along the hairline and on the ears. It blocked SOME parts of the color but not all so you know

I have blonde hair and the roots didn't dye at all.

I was so hoping for this beautiful colour. BUT, unless you have bleached blonde hair, this probably won't work for you! I'm naturally light blonde and the rest of my hair was light purple due to previous coloring. It made the purple part of my hair look a little darker purple. It didn't affect my light roots in any way other than darkening them!
