First off, let me say that I like the bottle but it's not what I wanted it for. If there is ice in the container, it keeps the drink cold, I mean cold, and the ice would still be there in the fridge. However, when you take it out of the fridge, after a few minutes the ice will melt and the water will be back to room temperature (depending on the temperature of your living space).
