BUT I did mention this to the Remali people when they checked if I was happy with my purchase and they promptly sent me the .

There were a few issues with the clear waterproof case BUT I brought this up to the Remali staff when they checked to see if I was happy with my purchase and they quickly sent me a replacement. So now I can say that I am very satisfied with the product AND the customer service.

Don't waste your money. The product was of extremely poor quality and/or defective right out of the box. The video quality didn't even come close to 4K. Wavy lines also run on the LCD screen and are also recorded on the frames. The LCD screen itself is of extremely poor quality. It reminds me of a Sony Hi-8 camcorder I had in '02. I'll be back.

I was a little discouraged at first when I opened everything up, all the parts included in the kit. But once I started playing with it and testing it, I LOVE it. I was a little surprised that the kit didn't come with a microcard, but it was a great value purchase. Make sure to include it when ordering REMALI. REMALI Help Desk is located on the outskirts. Bought to install on a motorcycle. The mounting accessories worked very well. When I first used it, the camera kept turning off and the screen seemed to be multicolored with lines. I contacted support and made an appointment to call back. Never got a call back. Eventually I was told that my SD card is too big. Wrong, I had the right card. Exactly what I was looking for and more

I wanted to save some money and have always been wary of trends like GoPro. My son started baseball this year in high school and I wanted to start documenting games for college scouts. This is an amazing camera. I used to have a GoPro and this camera is at least comparable. I actually think it's better as we had some issues with our GoPro. Easy to use. Excellent quality video.
