They were too long for my son's feet but also too narrow. The front straps are sewn/joined further from the outer edge of the boot. That probably helps with durability but makes them too tight for him. Unfortunately I am sending them back. My son is growing out of a size 2, so we ordered a size 3 ("35" says the boot. Not 3.5, but 35). They may work better for regular width feet. They just didn't work for us.

so i ordered my two boys the size they usually wear and in one case it was the wrong size and in the other it was the right size but too small , Posted. Anyway the problem is free exchange for me and these shoes are awesome. i am picky They have a very flexible sole and good grip, as well as the ability to properly lock the shoe in place on a normal/slightly thin foot. difficult. Well I wrote a nice long review and then I took a picture of it and Amazon removed the whole thing because of some advert on their website that they no longer gave gift cards. Despite my annoyance I will try to summarize as it is not the fault of the shoes that the website deleted everything.
