Using this product, our team found that it was completely useless. The telescopic feature was flimsy and broke easily, and the squeegee itself left streaks and missed spots. The only positive is that it was easy to assemble, but that doesn't make up for its lack of effectiveness. Don't waste your money on this product.

I bought this to use in the shower. It took me a little while to figure out how to use the shortest section in small areas, but once I did it worked great. Love the built-in fabric and was willing to do more with other microfiber towels. The long handle is very convenient for washing the tiles off the floor in the shower. Received this 2 days ago and was happy to use it to help clean my window frames. There were no instructions in the kit (which I don't think would be necessary with a squeegee), but I expected instructions on how to set the head. I may have been wrong but thought I could adjust it to different angles. It turns out that it bends on its own. However, I was very happy with the mop portion.
