I was looking for a floating corner shelf to place our Buddha statue (I'm Buddhist) and other offerings. That was excellent. It was easy to assemble. However, we recommend attaching the metal brackets first and then attaching them to the wall. It looks very elegant at night. We love it. Thanks very much!

I bought 2 and just "assembled" (it would be almost impossible not to get the assembly in minutes. I love them so much I bought a third for another spot in the bathroom ordered) that needs something pop if life and color - perfect for plants, music boxes and even a heavy antique iron. They seem to carry the weight.

Luckily I have the tools and know how to use them so I was able to assemble and install it without any problems. It looks amazing and is just what I needed in my living room to store drinks and stuff while sitting on the couch. However, if you're used to Ikea where the holes are pre-drilled and you don't need to measure anything, this might not be for you.

I had to return the unit because pilot holes had to be drilled in each shelf which wasn't mine. I didn't want to drill the holes myself because the "wood" feels very light/thin and looks like it would break easily. As the title says, mine arrived broken and it doesn't look like it happened on the way. To be honest I was just too lazy to send it back and wait for a replacement so I just reassembled it with wood glue and farce. I was pleasantly surprised with this product once the installation was complete. When assembling it I really wasn't sure how it would look like in the end or if I would have to return it. First, the instructions say that the holes in the metal brackets should line up with the pre-drilled holes in the wood. Well, there were no pre-drilled holes in the wood.
