This is a great tool for anyone who high jumps or practices. You use this in place of a pole. My only complaint was that I ordered black and mine is orange with gray foam pieces. I wanted black. Still works great after 2 years of use

Trained my high jumpers for two years without a bar, with a rope or with imagination. It was bright orange, easy to see, and helped some kids overcome their fear that "the pole might hurt." He took 2/3 of my places in the high jump at the competition.

I ordered this item and received orange, not black - not that color matters. Most importantly, I've never seen any of them wear out so quickly. After 2 months of moderate use they started to break - I retie them and they break again. Will not order this again.
