Although these thumbscrews were cheap, I wasn't impressed with the quality. Experienced people know that you can instantly tell the difference between a good carving and a rough carving. The threads were of average quality which made these screws difficult to get into their hole. I wasn't impressed and switched back to Phillips head screws which have a nice smooth ride. If all you care about is the money, that's fine. But if you want quality, skip it.
