I thought I found the answer to cutting pasta. NO. I rolled out my dough very flat on my pastry board and when I rolled this cookie cutter over very thin dough. . . . Nothing. No dent. applied pressure. Wouldn't cut right through. Doing multiple passes is not an option. I sent mine back.

I needed a way to easily cut 12mm squares of communion bread that would fit in a standard plastic communion cup for the double cup method of serving bread and wine at the same time . It turned out that this tool was quite easy to modify for this purpose. I reduced the diameter of four cut-off wheels by about half and placed them between two standard diameter wheels.
