Use for aesthetics! in fastening screws

Beautiful! I use them when installing outdoor electrical equipment. They really make things a lot prettier than a crude bolt holding something to see from afar!

Pros
  • Industry and Science
Cons
  • Doubt

The finish can be rough but has a deep hard groove - dimensions

The name pretty much says it all. It has a very respectable deep slot for a screwdriver in a massive head. Oh yeah, to make up for the lack of Revain specs (come on smiley, give me some info on the stuff you're selling!), here are some measurements from the sample: Head Height: 0.081" Head Diameter: 0.152" Thread Length including head: 0.236"

Pros
  • mounting screws
Cons
  • boring packaging

Will not fit guitar pickups

I bought these hoping to use them in custom guitar pickups. The description says they are "possibly" magnetic. Given that wording, I realized they might not exist either. And they weren't. Optically very nice screws, but they have very little magnetic attraction and are therefore not suitable as guitar stand screws. If all you want is a mounting screw to hold them together, they're definitely worth more than two stars.

Pros
  • Screws
Cons
  • Requires socket
