Perfect cucumber slices. My only criticism is not really the knife but the way I hold it. I'm used to a chef's knife where my hand isn't just on the handle, but also on the tip of the blade. With this bulky knife, that's not particularly convenient. But it does not matter. I would buy this knife again at any time.

This is so cool! I'm not sure why I expected this to not work as well as it did. It does exactly what I need it for, clean and precise cuts of vegetables. I tested it on potatoes and was able to get some thick, crumpled fires going in no time. Works really well with other veggies like carrots, cucumbers, and yams. It also wipes off easily. A nice little addition if you want to serve your vegetables in a more stylish way.
