As a result of my tests, I determined that this stainless steel gadget is perfect for stripping leaves off of collard greens, kale, and other leafy vegetables. It's a great addition to any home and kitchen with its durable material that promises long-lasting use. On the downside, it can be difficult to clean. Overall, I would recommend this product to any home cook looking to simplify their prep work.

I bought this product primarily to use with my own thyme from the garden. For that I found it useless. I reserve the right to judge its usefulness for other vegetables and herbs if and when I use it.

It is very simple, easy to clean and unbreakable. Ideal for work. I also love that it's made of stainless steel, not plastic, silicone or other eco-friendly materials.
