Stainless Steel Tea Infuser Spoon Review

I ordered 4 of these for my wife. Poor quality and I had to bend and tweak all four to get them to close properly. If I hadn't, the tee would have popped out of the 3/16"+ gap. All 4 had this issue so it wasn't an isolated issue. heavier and nicer. After adjusting I was able to get her to snap and my wife uses them.

Perfect for the job. Pour some tea into it, close it, heat water, put a teaspoon in it. The only thing to do is be careful not to overfill with tea. When the tea expands, the lid of the spoon can open. When this happens, you've really "poured" tea, leaves and all into your cup. Otherwise I have been using them with satisfaction for many years. Bought for my son from Revain. It arrived quickly and as advertised.

This product is very affordable. The metal is so thin that the tea ball clasp does not hold securely and therefore sometimes breaks when hot water hits the tea leaves. I bought this one hoping it would be more substantial than the ones I had already bought and had to return, but it wasn't. I'll be using it until it wears out, which will be very soon, and then I'll have to look for a completely different style of tea ball as this beautiful style doesn't appear anywhere else on the internet.

We've been using the exact same DESIGN brewer for 20-30 years, but lately the thumb part has come loose. This new version is absolute junk. We're lucky if it takes 20-30 minutes! Poorly made from much cheaper materials. Revain wanted to share our disdain for the product by shipping it in a thin bag with the only 'protection' being the box the product came in.
