Very disappointed with this product. For the cost, I’d have expected that it could at least hold a pvc shower liner and a lightweight cotton shower curtain. After a few days, I came home to find the entire thing on the floor, the rod dented from where it likely hit the tub edge When it fell down. It is very flimsy - the rod itself is very thin in comparison to others I’ve had in the past - so I should have known. This is the second shower curtain rod that I have purchased. The first had a smaller pressure circumference and, after it failed and crashed down several times, I saw that the inner tension spring was plastic. This one sounds as though the tension spring is metal (but I cannot be absolutely sure without looking). When I first put it up, I had to shimmey it up the wall with some force to create a level rod. Most shower curtain rods that expand to fit the space are made well. I was looking for a long adjustable rod to fit underneath my washer and dryer so that I could hang clothes to dry. This rod worked very well. It is sturdy, well made and fits very tightly in the space provided.

Nice wide ends for good support and so that it doesn’t ruin your wall with the pressure. Holds a good amount of weight and just about any shower curtain type. Easy to install takes about ten minutes.

The quality of the thing is very good price is very affordable has been installed a few days without any problems thickness and feel good also look forward to a long time after the rust

Great rod! I spray painted mine in a white color and used it to store my cans in my pantry - see tips pics.It easy to use, extends easily and the adherence pads work well. I will easily use it in the future for bathroom curtains or an additional hanging place for my clothing, as needed! I recommend it!

Don't buy this. Per the photos, you can see that the weight of a simple plastic shower curtain makes it slide down and off the wall. I guess I'm going to have to reinforce it with double-side tape, but you don't have to deal with this.

Bought this thinking it would be strong enough to be a wardrobe free hanging rail but it didnt hold that much weight it kept sliding off. For its actull purpose i reckon it would do a great job, it has a very nice finish and very very easy to set up ! Would still recommend as is a very good item.

I have had this rod for only 2 months so I'll have to update if there is a problem with rust later. But this was really easy to install, doesn't catch the curtain rings when sliding the curtain open or closed, and has never fallen. Looks very nice, too.
