collapses from the weight of a shower curtain.

Don't buy this. Per the photos, you can see that the weight of a simple plastic shower curtain makes it slide down and off the wall. I guess I'm going to have to reinforce it with double-side tape, but you don't have to deal with this.

Cons

Save your money. Biggest pile of Chinese crap. Falls off and is very flimsy.

it is not easy to find a shower curtain rod (specially on amazon). I tried many shower curtain rods but never find a sturdy and rust proof one. I have been use this for more than a week and seems it is sturdy and hold on the wall tightly. Not like the ones, which are easy falling off. the coating looks well done, but I am not sure whether it will rust yet. Since it will take times to know.
