Leaky Disaster in my review

Using this pitcher, our team found that it leaked everywhere, ruining our tablecloth and wasting our tea... The steel exterior was nice, but its functionality was extremely disappointing..

The box is badly damaged. Fits Servingware

The label on the box that contained the item has been cut off. So I can't give it away. There is nothing in the box to tell what it is or how big it is. The jug appears to be in good condition, but smaller than I thought. As there is no label on the box or other instructions or anything else inside the box I just have to take their word for it that this is the size I ordered. Seems needed. Not new.
