This toaster can't toast a slice of bread evenly. While the A-side of the bread is busy burning, the B-side isn't toasting at all. Even with constant adjustment of the dark/light slider, it seems impossible to get an evenly toasted slice of bread. Luckily, my dogs love bread in any form, and there's been a lot of it lately!

This toaster does the basic functions you would expect from a toaster and I use it every day for my egg toasts but at level 2. Anything above that will burn anything you fry. I don't eat bagels so I didn't try it. If you just want a bread toaster then that's great. If you want something more refined, you need to look for something more expensive.

Disappointed with this product. I bought this item because I loved the gluten free setting. However, when it arrived, it was all white powder and dented in many places. It's very light and made from cheaper products, which makes me worry that the product won't last long. Due to damage and poor design, O sent the product back. Get a brand instead.

The toaster does not toast bread, bagels, etc. evenly on both sides. I have to remove the food from the toaster when it's half toasted and turn to toast the other side. Also, for many brands of bagels and toast, the toaster is not deep enough to toast the top of the bagel/toast. The cable is quite short. The rotary knob isn't that precise, and you'll have to "play" with it a few times to understand exactly what it's going to do.

I bought this toaster based on reviews but I have experienced nothing but problems with it. Regardless of the toaster setting, one side will burn and the other side will remain raw. Seems so silly that a toaster wouldn't work well, but it's definitely one that doesn't. I've been using it for a couple of weeks so I'd like to return it but I don't know how to return the used toaster. In fact, it belongs in the garbage can. I usually do food ratings for products, but this one just isn't very good.

UPDATE: Downgrading my rating. The outer elements only heat up, the inner ones don't, so I have to flip the bread to toast the other side. It's lit even on low settings, so you can't break away from it. Don't waste your money - it's a junk toaster. It lends itself well to toasting and has good settings. The only thing that confuses me is that the cord is so short, less than 2ft, and it comes from the front of the toaster so you have to twist it sideways to get to the outlet. Why didn't they…
