I bought this item to use as a fishing tackle box. It has different compartments to carry all the spare parts needed for fishing and a bonus part is the handle and wheels. making it easy to pull. When I first rode it, my friends were impressed with the looks and design. As I proudly dragged it to the fishing dock, it broke in two (what an embarrassment). The best design on the market. Building materials are cheap and of poor quality. Plastic pins are used to hold the handle and top cover in place. The top tray snaps into slots. EVERYTHING failed from the first few uses. I replaced the plastic hinge with a piano hinge that I riveted in place. I attached the top tray to the base with 1/4" mounting screws. Well I finally bought this wheeled tool box despite there being some bad reviews about it. I agree with most of you that plastic is flimsy and cheap.
