Stamperia Double-sided Paper Pad 12x12 - Alchemy Theme - 10 Designs/1 Each - 10/pkg Review

The paper is beautiful but when I opened it it smelled horrible. I am asthmatic and the attack was provoked. I am afraid to buy anything else from this manufacturer.

I always order tons from Stamperia and I love their paper. Which I do, but I have so many packs that I haven't used because unless they're standard roses, it's difficult to find other things that fit my use. Still, this is certainly a good box, the images are nice but not very versatile.

This is beautiful paper. However, I should have read the product information more carefully. Only ten sheets for the amount of money I paid which was over $18. You can buy a paper bag for less money. I also bought a pack of Cosmos which only had ten leaves. I will be more careful buying from this company. Ten sheets won't make much of a difference in my projects. I need to zoom out.

Large selection of quality paper, thick and beautiful double-sided! I can use every inch of every single page of this (and other oodles of Stamperia I just discovered. Thanks Revane!). The images are beautifully printed, unique and elegant. These are by far the most beautiful paper pages I have seen in all my years of work. Bravo! What a find!

I was going to give these papers 5 stars on every count, but when I opened the box an indescribable smell hit my face. I'll try sealing them in a box with crumpled newspaper or baking soda and see if the smell goes away. Very disappointed the money I paid was more than I have ever spent on scrapbook bags and unless the smell goes away I will never be able to use these papers for the gift I intended to use.

Alchemy and anything archaic, mysterious or crazy esoteric tend to amuse and fascinate me. This box kept calling me, so I finally gave in and ordered it - against my street judgment of the price for the quantity and quality of the materials. So after reading all the reviews before buying I decided to buy 2 sets from Alchemy. I'm glad I did. With two packs, I don't have the dilemma of choosing one image over the other if I like both. Pros: Good quality thickness. I have found that 2 extra pages need to be used which are inside the front covers (front and back are the same thick "cardboard" quality).
