I use the Bubble stencil a lot in my mixed media projects. It's perfect for adding texture and interest.

One of my favorite templates. It's small which makes it a lot easier to use and clean up compared to the giant 12x12 stencils, especially if you only want to attach them to the edges of the pages like I do.

This is a really cool template! I like to use it, only covering part of the stencil with paint for a more abstract and random look. Sometimes I also paint a strip of bubble wrap thinly and get a similar effect.

I bought this to use with modeling paste to add "bubbles" to an art magazine page about the ocean. All of these stencils are fantastic and a very affordable way to add texture or color to any paper/canvas surface.

Tim Holtz Stencils are a great addition to my art studio - I've used them in 2D projects and also plan to use them with clay to push through and create a textured pattern. They're also large - nearly 8" x 4" surface patterns.

Ideal for adding texture effects to paintings. Easy to use, thin plastic. I use acrylics and oils with good results applied with stencil brushes or thin makeup sponges for a finer finish. Modern patterns are hard to come by and this dot screen effect looks really cool with graffiti, photographs or mid-century designs.
