This bracket allowed me to install a Corsair H80i pump on my Ryzen 2600x (AM4). Because this cooler was made before AMD's bracket change, I couldn't use the AMD bracket that came with it. I found an AM4 mount from Corsair for just a few bucks but it was out of stock and there was no indication it would be coming back. I have a very old Antec Kuhler h2O 620 practically unused. I originally put it on an Intel LGA 1366 socket, so I had no problems with that, but it's not the cooler, it's the bracket, so it fits my AIO perfectly on an AM4 socket motherboard. A great way to reuse old devices.

I came across an older Gen4 liquid cooler, an Asetek 591LX 360mm CLC, which did not have an AM4 mount and was missing the plastic support ring. The support ring isn't required on Asetek's newer CLCs and AIOs, but the Gen4 can't properly hold the top of the metal bracket with the plastic ring underneath and locked in place. As said, this kit works with evga clc 280 aio and its equivalents. Was very happy with how well the details were done and how easy it was to add them to my board. Switching from INTEL to AMD can be intimidating if you don't know if you can use your aioAll overall, it's worth every penny.
