Was replaced on my 1999 manual transmission Jeep Wrangler. Perfect fit and easy installation. The product works and is cheaper than a MOPAR factory replacement.

99 Jeep Wrangler. This sensor died fifty miles after driving. I had to have my jeep towed off the interstate at night in the rain. Very disappointed with this product. I will swap the sensor.

Installed this crankshaft position sensor on my Jeep TJ and Jeep still won't start. Replaced other parts and after 6 hours or more bought the original Mopar crank sensor and this jeep started. This crap doesn't work and it's taking a lot of my time. I didn't put it on in time to get a refund so I wrote twice. I can't believe I have to pick a star to post this. Not even worth 1 star.

I had an issue where my revs jumped 500-700 rpm higher on the highway and the jeep bounced for a second. This could happen if you drove at highway speed for about 20 minutes, and then about every 5 minutes. I removed the old one and cleaned the sensor surface and electrical connector and the problem seems to have gone away. I had a trip to Fordyce so I bought this and installed it for peace of mind.
