My family loves using fresh toothbrushes. Maybe not every day, but on average once a week. That's a few hundred a year. So they don't have a textured backside to brush your tongue with. They may not be top quality or have all the bells and whistles, but they work great for us and at this price point, frequent brush changes aren't an issue.

Donated to the Socks of Love project and OCC. Came as advertised. Without perforation, but can be cut with scissors without removing the plastic. The only thing is you have to air it out after the box arrives

They are not individually wrapped. They are "individually" wrapped in a giant roll of non-perforated plastic. I tried cutting up the toothbrush packs to separate them, but the pack just fell apart! Basically, they're useless because I can't wrap them individually and set them out for guests.
