Pros
- They really care what happens.
- Their staff knows me personally which makes things easier than other companies where there's no one familiar enough from previous interactions..and thus communication can get complicated because people don't remember each others' personalities / preferences easily.or at least arenβt able communicate effectively due lack familiarity between clients themselves.(I've had experiences wth such situations before)
