Did a great job on a hot Chevy 355 400hp

Good for my 71 k10 I need flow for my improved brain and brain work. Cools and works well, love that it constantly leaks a small amount and opens up more as it gets warmer!

Thermostat is good for thermostats

When buying a thermostat I ALWAYS go for a quality name brand thermostat because it's not much more expensive than a premium thermostat and it's well worth the labor to replace a faulty one not to become cheaper. Stan is number one for me.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other options

The best thermostat on the market.

Great product installed with Dorman 902-306 heat resistant housing. That is 72 degrees Celsius compared to the standard 95.ECT. The temperature dropped from 108 degrees Celsius to 99 degrees Celsius. Working and happy with it.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Sorry package

Better than OEM best in Thermostats

I recently flushed the cooling system on my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD (ZJ) with a 5.2 liter (318 cu in) V8 engine. The radiator pipes and the thermostat were also replaced. I replaced the thermostat with another one rated at 195 degrees Fahrenheit since it failed. However, I have found that the engine still runs hotter than I thought it would. In fact, without a thermostat, the engine ran colder all the time. I opted for a thermostat with a lower temperature of 165 degrees and wow what a…

VERY VERY VERY VERY FANTASTIC PRODUCT!

When I usually change the thermostats on my cars, I usually go to Autozone or a parts store and buy "Premium" 160* types, but they never seem 160* on my 94 F150 XLT, the pointer , to withstand is usually between "n" and "o" in a (normal) word. Well I decided on this 160* after seeing that I had ordered a Gates water pump and I have to say my truck loves it as much as I do. Now the dot doesn't even want to cross the line to even hit 'n' (yeah yeah yeah I know I need a real temperature sensor)…

  • New
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish
