Previously replaced the factory thermostat for 125,000km with this block. Everything seemed fine for a couple of weeks until cold mornings and the heater gave out codes P0128. There are no problems with the factory original.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

2007 Element Thermostat Assembly

Perfect Fit! Save your old thermostat for the handpiece that connects to the hose as it is not included! Due to the o-ring's tight seal, it was difficult to remove the old connector from the broken thermostat housing assembly to fit over the new thermostat's outlet tube. And that for 12 years ๐Ÿ˜€

Pros
  • Handy Item
Cons
  • So Far So Good

Fits my 2005 Honda Accord LX with no problems. .

Fits my 2005 Honda Accord LX with no problems. No, there was a small problem when trying to put the quick connector back onto the thermostat, it takes gorilla strength. Luckily the previous mechanic smeared some grease on the o-ring, so lube it up a bit and it should be easier. Thanks Honda for the "quick" shutdown.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Non automatic
