This dress turned out way better than I expected! For the price it fit well, wasn't see through and had a cute cold shoulder detail. The dress is definitely short, but the model is also short, just a bit baggy. However, it may be worn out or working. Pretty good.

I like the elasticity of the material. It's lightweight but not see-through and perfect for the hot summer here. Only the upper part looks like a wrap dress. The waistband is sewn into the side seam and I wish the back half was a bit longer so it ties in the front rather than the right side. I'm actually sending it back because I bought another similar polka dot wrap dress that's a little cheaper, looks better, and has a wrap effect on the skirt.
