I don't know why but my size was reduced and I only paid about $6 for this adorable dress. For reference, I'm 5ft 4in, 145#34B, bust 28in, waist 34in. I usually wear size 6/8; and ordered a medium size. I think the size fits very well. The fabric is tight but durable and breathes well. I will hang this dress dry to wear longer. I'm sure I'll get away with it.

I'll send it back and get a size up. I like how it looks on the internet, but it didn't look like it on mine. I usually wear small but I try medium. The little one is too short to be a dress (I'm 5ft 4in) but looked ok as a longer top with jeans. Hopefully the middle one is flattering and long enough to be worn as intended. The quality seemed good and would be a good deal for the price if the medium is right.
