A-STAR Genuine Sheepskin Rug 2x3 - Single Pelt Soft Sheep Fur Rug Review

I have bought from this company twice and returned both items! First it was a cowhide rug - it came with holes. Second 2 sheepskin rugs - very small, patched and not even the same! Don't waste your time.

Be careful before you order, you will not receive what is in the picture, it is not even close I don't know why the seller used that When I got my picture in the mail it was a little yellow and didn't even come close to what's in the picture.

I am buying two of these leathers as cushions for two identical chairs. They arrived quickly but looked like two completely different products. One is yellowish, fine-haired and clean. The other is greyish, with thick hair, has holes on the underside, looks dirty and mostly rotten. At least some quality compliance and quality control before shipping would be a good idea.

This beautiful lambskin is exactly as described. We actually bought it for our smallest dog who doesn't like it. But it does more! Find out. I mention that it is exactly as described because the measurements given are important. It looks quite large in the picture, but it's actually as small as the stated measurements (which is what we wanted, so we trusted the measurement, not the picture). Either way, it's thick, soft and beautiful. We love it.

I ordered a 2'x3' sheepskin rug. Although it arrived quickly, I was disappointed with the rough texture and smaller size than advertised. My rug measures 34"(L) x 19"(W) which is a significant difference to the 2" x 3" sheepskin I ordered. I cleaned the skin as instructed but it was still rough and not soft in texture. I have measurement photos, but unfortunately I could not access my gallery photos from my iPhone to upload them to this review.

The first A-Star skin I ordered was very thick and about 2 inches deep. Very luxurious. So I ordered a 4 fur sleeping pad. was thick and luxurious. On my third purchase of a single skin, the widest part was nearly 20 inches and maybe 1 inch deep wool. I think it was from the lamb :( I'm not one to return things or make complaints but this last purchase was very disappointing. UPDATE: A replacement was sent and was very good quality, just like the first 2 purchases. Will buy again!

This is the second sheepskin rug I have ordered. The first was from a different seller and was beautiful. This one isn't very good. It was slightly smaller, light brown (ugly), and the fur was short and matted. No comparison to another one I received a few days ago. There is also a red stamp on the back that reads "rejected". The other had a large sticker with washing instructions. I'll send it back and try again.

I'm trying very hard to avoid dramatic language that would discredit my review as a crazy, crazy review, but I REALLY need to make it clear how important it is that you don't buy this rug from this seller . I have previously purchased a similar product from another seller that really matches the beautiful sheepskin shown in the picture. What you see is not really what you get! The pile is low, matted and coarse. They took some creative liberties and dubbed the rug's matte brown tones "ivory"…
