I was able to replace my mug with this very expensive one. I collect cups, that's what I spent money on. Nicely packaged. Low rating for twice the price

I was so worried this broken one would arrive. But the packaging was so carefully done that I was really impressed. A nice mug is worth the money.

Starbucks + Jessie & Katey Limited Edition Double Wall Ceramic Travel Mug is a good product but it arrived broken due to misuse of the blisters in the mailer box and the item not would protect

I took it out of the box and washed it. I barely tapped the rim of the bowl and it broke into about 5 pieces. It has double ceramic walls, and each of these walls is very thin and fragile. Very expensive and I never used it which is really annoying because it was beautiful.
