Description of ☕️ Starbucks Verismo System, Black: Single Serve Brewer for Coffee and Espresso - 7.62111E+11

The Starbucks Verismo Home Brewer brews your favorite high-quality Starbucks coffee and authentic espresso shots. Craft an endless variety of your favorite Starbucks Cafe beverages right at home. Swiss-engineered, dual-pressure technology pulls exceptional espresso shots and brews rich, flavorful coffee. Verismo pods are available in a wide variety of signature Starbucks coffee blends and roasts, espresso pods, tea pods and milk pods. Typically this takes less than 3-6 cycles to get the water flowing, but on rare occasion, it can take a few more. This is standard operation for all brewers of this nature (all Nespresso and Verismo brewers would require this as part of set up).

dead as a nail

Save money. My bad - didn't realize they were discontinued and arrived dead as a doornail. I watched video after video of how it works, read blogs etc. At least I could return this lemon for a refund. Too bad I can't return all coffee pods (cannot be used in any other machine), including cream pods. What an expensive lesson.

Poor quality lever/latch

Machine stopped working after 6 months. The internal "lever" mechanism that secures the capsule broke too easily. Currently, mechanical processing is completely useless. Bundled wholesale is a seller disaster. Now they promise to replace the goods for 3 months! It feels like I'm working with a scam company. Constantly lying about actually DELIVERING a new item they never had! Unbelievable.

Don't worry if you are buying a machine through third parties

I have had several of these machines over the years and loved them for their great taste and crema over the coffee. I have one that was starting to leak and realized Starbucks no longer sold it so I reached out to Revain. After getting two different machines from two different sellers, neither worked properly. They were both defective, which has never happened to me when purchasing these machines in the past. Unfortunately, with the death of my spare car, an era ends for me and I think I have…

This machine is way better than the first generation Verismo I used.

I bought this new Verismo to replace the "original". This machine is way better than the first generation Verismo I've been using for about 5 years. The materials are much better. The controls are also much better, offering more control over the machine. The car is particularly quiet. I love it. I only brew espresso with this machine and I also have a Verismo wand. I use both every day and brew exceptional milk. I might add that I can make two shots of espresso from one Starbucks capsule. To…

Impressed with the smaller new model

I had no idea there was an updated smaller new Verismo model - mine started leaking years ago and stopped working entirely. I was pleasantly surprised to see this on Amazon for a fraction of the cost of other coffee makers. I also wanted another K Fee padmaker as I finally found a great replacement for Starbucks pads as they got too expensive when they were phased out. These Italian Cremoso Caffital pods work great for a great strong espresso coffee at a fraction of the cost. I need every…

The store is closed in coffee, tea and espresso

I bought two of these. I wanted my wife to be able to use it at work. At first they were great, but the Starbucks store has closed. We bought them because there is no Starbucks near us. I wanted her to have good coffee but when the shop closed we lost access to the pods. Yes, we can order from Revain or other stores, but they overcharge 30 percent, and the expiration dates on these capsules are broken. Some of them are overdue when they arrive. We basically stopped using Verismo machines…

Starbucks Fail rev.

I bought several of these machines to make espresso for meetings, clients and small events. Of the 5 cars I bought. only 1 works The rest were dead on arrival; and a verismo made about 50 cups (the engine was already sounding like it was in a life support machine) and then died after 50 cups. ruin a meeting with a client. Incredible bounce rate on them. I preferred them to Nespresso machines because of the larger water tank. thought I would have to fill them up less for meetings. but they don't

good coffee production problem?

I hate reviewing Verismo coffee makers. We loved it in its earlier iteration. That worked for several years. Then, having the pods left over and trusting the company despite some worrying reviews, we ordered another one, not realizing that the seller Revain was dealing with only guaranteed it for 30 days. It broke on about the 33rd day. Eventually, Revane agreed to replace him. He didn't turn on! We gave up and added it to the landfill. I felt hopeless but called Starbucks. They kindly sent a…

Makes fantastic coffee!

This is our second small Verismo system and it's a big improvement over the previous version. A much larger water tank means a lot less refilling, and a larger capacity to collect used capsules means less emptying. This machine works quickly, quietly and with almost no drips or splashes. Plus, it takes up relatively little space on our countertop—a blessing in a small kitchen! We bought a Nespresso milk frother separately, which is just as compact and very well designed, and the two machines…
