This is a light bulb. It lights up. what else can i say Until I had to replace two other bulbs. One worked fine and the other died. I need to figure out how to bring back the dead.

I've bought a lot of 9 watt UV bulbs that work with the Aerus cleaner over the last year. Many of them may not have worked at 50%. I have 15 returns but I have never been able to speak to anyone as the phone number is never available. I can send them back to you for investigation because 95% look fine, they just won't turn on. Please let me know
