Description of Starlights SL-2000 Smart Light 2000: Efficient Round 12-Volt Exterior Motion Light in White

Replacement outside round light with battery and motion sensor capabilities. Fixture can be a regular porch light or a motion sensor light with a flick of the switch. Photo sensor allows the unit to be fully automated. Battery sensor triggers a red LED on the fixture when battery levels reach 11.5 volts for 40 seconds. Easy to use.

Incorrect instructions for this light

I received my SL2000 on Friday, took it out of the box on Saturday. The instructions say to connect it to use 2 white wires from the back of the light, 1 white with a positive marking and 1 white with a negative marking. Actually there are three wires on the back of the light 1 white, 1 yellow and 1 black. There are no polarity or function markings on the wires. I need help with the wiring. The light looks good but the instructions I received are totally inconsistent with the lamp I received…

I bought a lamp with a motion sensor, I really liked it. Now we have added "Fear " motion detection.

Bought a motion sensor on the porch and I really like it. Now we've added "scary" motion sensitive lights on both sides of our trailer. You are perfect. If we're wandering around somewhere or anywhere in an area where we're more comfortable with the light on in standby, we'll use it. Easy to install, looks good and feels like a quality product to me. Updated 11/18/14. If you like the idea of flashing lights deterring unwanted visitors then you will love these lights. I felt it drew too much…

This time it worked. Best in Power & Electrical

This time I bought 2, one for the front door and one for the garage door. I've only installed 1 so far, but it works great and as requested. It doesn't come with the gaskets you want, however, and you'll need to modify the inside with a dremel or wire cutters to allow the wires to run flush. Instructions Not suitable for this product

Good light - BUT PLEASE SEND THE CORRECT INSTRUCTIONS! I had to look to the seller for a "similar" light fixture to find out the wiring code - as another reviewer said: the product came with instructions advising to connect "two white wires" but I found a black one , one white and one yellow . it happened to me I had to guess the wiring code.
