I purchased the Starpoint extra add on remote transmitter. This would not pair with my system, So it was returned to Ebay for refund

System is good, but this weather proof remote sucks. When I mounted it with the included screws, you cannot get the cover to close. Spent less than five minutes mounting the other ringers, and over an hour struggling with trying to make this work. These are flat heads, but there still is not enough room to close the cover. Poor design on this one, not to mention you have to remove the motherboard from the unit to change the battery. I'm going to mount it with the included double sticky tape…

I ordered this when the battery went dead on a non-waterproof doorbell. Door is not covered so rain gets on the doorbell. No rain yet, but will be great if it works. Easy install and set up with my existing receiver.

I got this doorbell several weeks ago after another doorbell I had shorted out from the rain. I purchased this because of its waterproof rating and it has not disappointed. We've had rain recently and it did not affect the doorbell negatively at all. Rings every time! Great product!

Bought this to have a waterproof transmitter to go with SadoTech Model CXRi Portable Wireless Door Bell Kit, Over 50 Chime Tones, over 500 ft Range [1 Remote Button, 1 Plug-In Chime & 1 Battery Powered Chime]. Works great with it. Make sure you follow the instructions about pairing it with the chimes. At first, I thought it wasn't working, but after pairing, everything is working fine. Customer service helped with this. Customer service is fast and helpful.

6 months later and still working after being out in the cold, snow, and rain and only partially protected from the weather.

Well, there isn’t much to this little baby. You can use two-sided tape (supplied) or a couple screws (also supplied) to attach it wherever you want it. It does exactly what it is designed to do, ring the bell. Instead of a penny-sized button, however, I would have liked a button that lights, especially for nighttime use.

We just installed doorbells and motion sensors and love them. I had a problem with wrong parts being shipped but the manufacturer was quite helpful and sent replacements right away. I have to say that while I like their responsiveness a lot, the product does not look robust and time will tell but I do not expect them to last long. I like the many different chimes and sounds, I can detect which area the visitor is coming from. I have put these outdoor weather proof bells on the fence so no one walks in without me knowing so I can put my dog in and the guest can enter,without fear of being hurt. My sister liked mine so much I bought her set for her house. love the versatility of the bells.

3 apartments. This is a simple cost effective and flexible solution for door bells. Easy to sync a second transmitter to each receiver. Excellent range. Can take receiver to different locations or purchase additional receivers to sync to existing transmitters.

Purchased the 2 transmitter/2 receiver expandable system. Needed an extra transmitter to install on garage door which does not have a cover. Rained hard the next day and the system worked perfectly.I have owned 3 other wireless doorbells. All had range and interference problems. Starpoint's system is very easy to setup, expandable and really works (without interference).
