Description of Starrett S229GZ Telescoping Gauge Arm
Set of five telescoping gauges for measuring holes, slots, and recesses in woodworking, metalworking, machining, layout, and pattern-making applications. Measuring range of 1/2 to 6". One rigid contact arm and one spring-tensioned telescoping arm for taking measurements. Contacts are hardened and ground to a radius for clearance within holes. Handles measure 2-3/8" and 3-1/4" in length. Includes 5 Gages, Range: 1/2-3/4-Inch, 3/4-1 1/4-Inch, 1 1/4-2 1/8-Inch, 2 1/8-3 1/2-Inch, 3 1/2-6-Inch. One rigid contact arm.
