Works great - good price

I'm surprised it doesn't emit smoke at the C-Fast to USB-C transfer rate. It was like something out of The Matrix, watching 50GB of photos transfer in a matter of seconds. I thought it crashed and copied everything over again just to be sure. Works great.

No wear and tear

Nice and fast, but not intended for travel. Working as a DIT and packing for a daily trip to the next location has made the wire feel fussy. After 3 weeks of daily use, I couldn't even lightly touch any part of the reader without it flying out of the computer. Not good.

Works when it wants to

Works when it wants to. I have to swipe the card in and out again, after an unknown number of times I get lucky and it gets read. If you're shooting and need fast media transfer, this is a pain! At least no data was lost or the files got corrupted, it just takes forever to read properly.
