More than most helps to find the right angle and depth. Well done. The only thing I don't like is that you see the bottom of the V where the hands meet. There must be more T than V to hide behind the monitors. The mount works well with the recessed mount for Dell monitors.

The grommet mount was used to mount two ASUS VG248QE monitors. It's perfect for her, but I wouldn't go any taller. The mount is stable and solid with no signs of settling or falling. Installation was a breeze and it was just as easy to put together. Thanks for a great product! It was exactly what I was looking for!

Product page says this can support 30 pounds per arm. It's just not true. The 25 pound monitor caused the entire mount to shift and detach from the base attached to the table. No matter how hard we tightened the clamp, it couldn't withstand the weight. I'd be surprised if this could hold 30 pounds in total, but certainly not every arm. Very disappointed as I love Startech cables/adapters.

We love these monitor stands. I looked through all the options and settled on this one because the distance between the two mounts was the widest I could find, so I ordered one. I was impressed with the quality and placement of the cables, so I ordered three more to make sure all of our desks in the office matched. The StarTech dual monitor mount with integrated USB and audio pass-through is a sleek mount. I have installed and used many different mounts over the years and this is by far the best. This dual monitor mount is a single heavy duty assembly. The desktop mount requires some assembly, but it was very intuitive and easy with the tools provided. This device requires about 2-1/2 inches of clearance under the back of the desk to get the clamps deep enough and works best when the back of the desk is square. I like this StarTech stand for two monitors , or I would. , if there weren't a fatal flaw: The stand cannot be adjusted sufficiently in height. On a positive note, there are cable guides under the metal brackets, which make the dream of a wireless workplace a reality.
