I really like that they don't just want you as an employee but also understand your goals when it comes time for hiring! The only thing is having someone who can speak with confidence at all times makes this process more efficient than if we had no one there speaking up or asking questions along our way through things - which isn’t always easy considering how fast paced everything gets here sometimes during onboarding/hiring processes!!
