The strap itself was fine, but the cable was ridiculously short and didn't twist on the strap. It might have loosened over time, but I sent it back. I've tried replacing the cable with a longer one, but the locking connector is larger than the normal ones we have here at work.

While this is a great product, it's not the easiest to use. I bought it because the tape is metal for better contact but I think it has too much metal or is too sharp as it will cut you if you are not careful. I think the design is great, but needs some improvement

Unlike fabric straps that get dirty and stretch, they're easy to clean and stay resilient. Just rinse them in hot water or throw them in an ultrasonic cleaner if they get really dirty. . If you are not used to a stretchy watch strap, you might find that it differs from the ESD strap which is mainly made of fabric. I feel it offers a more secure connection to my wrist than a small metal square with an elastic fabric strap that wears out.
