I bought these for my husband who works out and runs daily. They are very roomy, I ordered a medium and he could have probably worn a small. He is about 5'9 and 155-160 lbs. The neck is rather wide but he has broad shoulders so it did not look weird. They are not a typical crew neck though and I am not sure they will hold up really well but for the price it is worth a shot. These shirts are great to workout in or to lounge around. I have used them for both. They are very comfortable shirts, they hold up well during workouts and hold up well once they have been washed. Highly recommend!
