These socks rock for my opinion

These socks are so versatile! I’ve been using them for a few months now, and here’s what I’ve learned.1. You don’t need name brand socks for hiking. These work awesome. They support my feet while keeping them warm and preventing blisters.2. They’re showing some wear, but I’ve been washing them in a laundry bag in my washer on delicate. I think I need to switch to hand wash to make sure they last a long time. When I mean wear, I mean the areas where it rubs against my shoes are a little fuzzy.3.

Pros
  • BREATHABLE INSULATION: Keeping your feet cozy and warm in winter, these thermal boot socks won’t weigh you down or let your feet overheat while you are on the move outdoors. These insulating MERIWOOL unisex socks are machine-washable on cold settings and safe to tumble dry on low heat, so they’re ready when you are for your next adventure while working, hiking, trekking, camping, hunting, playing winter sports, mountaineering, ice fishing, skiing, snowboarding, and more.
Cons
  • Prone to pilling or balling up with extended use

These are beyond my expectations, in a good way!

I love these socks and would not hesitate to purchase again from this Seller, FSM in Southern California they said. Perfect fit for my 6-6.5 women's feet ;) Thick, beautifully made with nice inside material that is NOT itchy like Wool is, to me anyway. Colors are nice, I got the 3 pack of various darker, winter colors. Shipping time, at first, bothered me since I felt I was so close to them, living in CA myself. I don't care, it was worth it and it took just 6 days but less if you count Sundays

Pros
  • Love the socks perfect for the cold weather!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for warmer climates due to warmth retention

decent socks, not the best

Kept my feet warm for hours in the snow. Comfortable enough, but not as plush as other more expensive socks. Not the best merino wool socks i've owned, but for the price, they're not bad at all.Make sure you wash on gentle cycle and air dry. one snuck into the dryer and became a misshapen mess.

Pros
  • WICKING & ODOR RESISTANCE: Merino wool’s natural wicking and odor-resistant properties keep you dry and comfortable while active in cold weather. Through the process of wicking, Merino wool is the most breathable fabric and absorbs moisture better than any other fibers. Wicking refers to a fabric’s ability to pull moisture away from your body and keep you comfortable.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all types of outdoor activities

Great socks for my opinion

I love this sock. I have 6 pairs of them. After 6 or 7 washes, they shrank a bit. So I ordered a size bigger ( xl) May not be as machine-washable as other sock materials.

Pros
  • Package Includes: Set of 3 Pairs of Merino Wool Blend Winter Cold Weather Crew Length Socks for Men and Women
Cons
  • May not be as machine-washable as other sock materials

Too short and returns too much work

Do not recommend. Previously a good product for wearing with boots. XL socks too short compared to previously purchased socks of same size and type. Return process is very cumbersome and long. Lots of emails back and forth, what is your order number, when purchases, now send photos, now complete required RMA by hand and take to FedEx (not USPS or UPS like Best Buy). Definitely not an Best Buy-like, no-hassle return process. 1980 called and they want their return process back!

Pros
  • Camping & Hiking
Cons
  • Limited patterns and styles may not appeal to all consumers

Comfortable, unisex Hiking Sock

Not as comfortable as my fleece lined wool socks, but good enough. I like the extended length as it can overlap my thermal wear for cold weather use.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with circulation issues

We’ll made, heavy weight and super comfy

Just the right thickness for my needs, a very heavy pair of hiking boots. They come well up the calf, which is desirable in the winter sock. Might be too high for spring or summer wear, but that’s not what I got them . Just spent 8 hours in them in the boots that I bough them for, and I’m very pleased!

Pros
  • Outdoor Recreation
Cons
  • May require special washing instructions to maintain quality

These are Great best in my review

I wore REI 100% merino wool socks for years as REI cheaped out reducing the wool content. These are not 100% merino wool but as high content as I could find. These are excellent socks for a good price. They fit well and seem very well made.I just ordered six more pair!

Pros
  • They keep your feet warm
Cons
  • May not fit all foot sizes and have limited size options

So many socks are advertised as "Merino” but some of them contain shamefully low percentages of this fiber. So if you’re shopping around, make sure to find the actual specification - - I’ve seen socks labeled "Merino” with as little as 4% actual wool in them, with the rest a hodgepodge of synthetic fibers. Not my idea of quality. If you want a medium-heavy sock that offers tangible cushioning and firm support without strangulating your legs, these are great. I would not call them elegant, but…

Pros
  • Made for both men and women, these socks offer a perfect fit and excellent moisture management, keeping your feet dry and comfortable throughout your hike
Cons
  • May not be as comfortable as other sock materials
