Arrived on time from seller and was easy to return. I didn't keep them, they are rather uncomfortable and just cheaply made in general. I actually got cheaper ones that were much better at shoe dept.These were hard, almost like plastic and the ankle area didn't move with my foot and leg. Just really uncomfortable to wear. I returned them.

I loved these boots. I had high hopes. They looked great on, but they were a little too tight across the bend of my foot. The biggest issue was the zippers are hard to zip and on the outside of the shoe. I prefer zips on the inside of the ankle, makes zipping easier.

I love these boots. The price for them was great and they do fit great but my feet do feel a little tired after a while of wearing them. Other than that the size fit as expected and great buy for the price.

These boots are super cute and comfy but I ordered gray and they are NOT a true gray. They look more brown. That was disappointing but I'll still wear them.

I received them at the end of January. Wore them for a month or so and they were great, then they started to feel weird and by the beginning of April the sole was coming off… not worth the money!

False advertising things like this are why I usually stick to going to store and buying them. The boots are okay just dont understand why they have the need to lie about what their selling. I figured Best Buy hand some kind of regulations on this.

These fit great at first but the heel quickly disconnects from the shoe. I returned for a new pair and the same thing happened again after only wearing each pair a few times.

These are supposed to be "New"? Size 11? I think not. They came in multiple bags, no box & already looked worn. Scuffs all over the side & bottom & tears to the top where the laces should lay.

Instead got size 8/9 (not sure since it's european sizing) but I wear a 5.5 or 6 and these were ginormous, plus wrong color.brown. So disappointed. Otherwise, if you wear size 8/9s and love brown, these were a winner.

Love these boots for work! I haven’t run into any pouring rain conditions yet, but they’ve been pretty waterproof against dew, mist, and drizzle. Very comfortable. The zippers are a little hard, but otherwise I have no complaints

I love these boots! They arrived just before the sleet and freezing rain set in. They never slid--not even a half an inch--as I walked down my porch steps to my car or when I walked across an icy parking lot to my place of work!

The shoelaces are hard to keep laced and the zipper tab feels like it is going to rip off everything I zip and unzip (not really smooth). But they sre super comfortable and keep my feet dry :) wish black would have been available when I bought them though.

Am happy with the boot very comfortable bought a size 10 which was too big for me, had to return to it to get my original size which is size 9 ,fit perfectly with enough space for me to wear with a very thick socks in the picture .

The laces are stiff and don’t stay tied. I’ll find new laces that are softer. Otherwise, the are a comfortable boot. Great boots.

I love this boots. They're very comfortable and stylish. I have had many compliments. It's a great price for the boot is pure leather not faux leather. Zippers work great. I'm so happy I got this boots. Oh and shipping was fast got them a day before the expected delivery date.
