Good light rubber mallet

Good baffle. It's not heavy in any way, but for a light tap it works well. I don't think this will loosen the rusty wheel, but it will certainly put the hubcap back on.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

The hammer broke after several uses

The tip of the hammer broke while I was using it. I didn't hit him too hard. I was very surprised when the tree cracked. I've only used this hammer 3-4 times.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Used once, rubber fell off

Used once to smooth out slipped vinyl. Knocked about 6 times and parts came out of the rubber. TOO SOFT, probably why it will be "light". So imagine port freight, a limited one-time use tool.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Very strong smell on hammers

This is exactly what I was looking for in a small hammer for my woodworking. However, the smell of rubber is disgusting. I've even left it out overnight with a few modifications. I wouldn't buy again even if it was half the price.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Weight

Good solid hammer - hammers

I like this hammer. What I like about her is that the head is not big but is very solid and has a good weight. I've had larger head hammers in the past but the weight and density were poor and resulted in parts of the head chipping and cracking, especially when hitting metal. Not so with this hammer, you can knock down metal parts without damage.

Pros
  • Constant test results

Good strong hammer, suitable for hammers

I like this hammer. What I like about her is that the head is not big but is very solid and has a good weight. I've had larger head hammers in the past but the weight and density were poor and caused parts of the head to chip and crack, especially when hitting metal. Not so with this hammer, you can knock down metal parts without damage.

Pros
  • RUBBER HAMMER "STEELGRIP"
Cons
  • Something else

Ok works well but some annoyances and a cheap pen.

Cheap pen but works great. The rubber mallet does not leave marks as hard as other rubber mallets. The sticker on the handle is annoying because it doesn't come off easily. I had to scrape it off and then use Goo-Gone to remove the remaining gunk. Tip #1: Thoroughly clean the rubber head before use to remove manufacturing oils. The rubber head is still soft and cuddly after a year and a half (ie it doesn't dry out).

Pros
  • 8oz.
Cons
  • High price

Yes it's a hammer and I love it

General Tech Intl 2258622 The "Steelgrip" rubber mallet suits me perfectly and I love it. I put off the purchase for too long. Every time I needed a hammer, I would fold up some darning cloths and use them as a pillow so as not to destroy what I was collecting with a hammer. So I gave up and bought one. I read several reviews mentioning that it stinks. Yes, it stinks because it stinks of rubber. Especially new tires. I'm not going to keep it under my nose day in and day out, and I'm not going…

Pros
  • Hardwood handle
Cons
  • Expensive
