Gives the necessary information

Older cars and trucks only have a low level warning light. You have to do some research to find out which tire is too low. It provides this information immediately. It saved me from a trip through the apartment last month. The nail flattened the new tire. The TPMS warned me as soon as I got in my truck. I bought three of these for myself and gave two away!

The pressure range in the description is very misleading

The spec list monitors pressure from 0 to 50psi which tells me you can use cold pressure up to 50psi. NO YOU CAN NOT! This overpressure starts at 47psi and is listed in the supplied manual. Even if you set your tires to a low-to-medium pressure of 40psi, when they get hot and the pressure builds up, this system will annoy you like hell with over-inflated pressure. Alarm clock

Works great only on cars with TPMS dash

Bought these for my 2008 Honda Element which has a working TPMS dash light system. I wanted to know the exact pressure. I was concerned that there might be frequency interference between this and the factory default, but both work great together. I also bought 3 more of these kits for my kids cars and an older car that I have. It's a good idea to know if you have a puncture before it becomes a dangerous situation.

If you're a car nut and love to tinker with your car, I'll give you a thumbs up.

Installed and used on a 2007 Ford Focus SES. The product is easy to install following the instructions. And worked well out of the box. I also liked the design. The only quirk I found was the accuracy. I used an electronic pressure gauge to check the tires for accuracy while inflating them. When I installed the product, I found that the difference between the product reading and the gauge was 1.0psi. Both the electronic sensor and the product were brand new. I found that to get a reading ofโ€ฆ

Device not accurate, best on tires and wheels

Installation is really easy and my device connects to each sensor with no problems. After the sensors wake up, they stay on for a while even if they are not moving. The display is very nice and bright enough to read in the cabin. reaches the top of his range and then flips to 24 pounds and repeats the cycle. One push of a button = cost reduction. A deal breaker for me was that the front was 2 pounds lower (I have 3 gauges to compare) and the rear was 3 and 5 pounds lower. The specification isโ€ฆ

Convenient, affordable, easy to use/read and most importantly accurate

I bought this in June and installed it around the same time. Prior to installation, I bled all four tires on my car to a low pressure of around 15-20psi and measured them with two different gauges: digital and dial. Then proceed to install TPMS and follow the instructions. Once installed, the TPMS reads all four tires very accurately. I then unscrewed and re-tightened the TPMS after inflating the tires back to the recommended PSI and the readings were accurate again. Tire pressure was lowโ€ฆ
