Worst buy yet

I bought this room divider because it was so heavily advertised. This was by far the worst purchase I've made from Revain. The spacer is not strong at all and needs to be tightened with every use, ie daily. I would like to know how I can return this product for a refund?

Very thin and difficult to stand up straight.

It's big and doesn't show through - those are the only pluses. It's simple, very thin, and can work if it's in a place where you never need to move it, nobody ever touches it, or the wind blows on it. We have it to share 2 rooms and it always falls to the front and difficult to adjust to be straight which is very annoying.

the item arrived with missing parts and no instructions; complete waste of time and money.

The product came without any details and without instructions. It is not possible to assemble it as expected in the product description. The plugs and screws were packaged in a used old ziploc bag so I'm pretty sure someone sent it back and didn't include all the parts. The fabric for the "panels" only had pockets for the top and bottom bars, but it was not possible to connect the fabric to the vertical bars to create panels.

I ordered two sets of these dividers for my office. We had a couple of ladies who sat with their backs to an open concept office. They were dealing with sensitive customer information and needed more privacy. There were no written instructions in the instructions; only pictures. Now that we're all living the Zoom life, this seemed like the perfect way to clean up my background during meetings. And in fact it does that well.
