Best Socket for Motorcycle Maintenance

According to my experience, this socket is a must-have for any motorcycle owner. The nylon sleeve protects the bike's metal parts from scratches, while allowing a tight grip that doesnt slip. It's perfect for oil changes or general maintenance. The only con is that it's not available in a set with other sizes, but it's definitely worth buying individually. Overall, this socket is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to take care of their motorcycle without causing any damage..

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting due to steel construction
Cons
  • Nylon sleeve may wear down over time, reducing protection and grip on fasteners.

Check socket OD before purchase

Steelman 22mm Nylon Socket But its OD was too large to fit in the ring to fit the lug nuts of standard aluminum car wheels. I had the nylon OD part trimmed to .060" and it worked fine. I bought two of the above plus the handling cost for both which was just over $94 or $47 each. Based on my experience and the position that most people would not spend the extra $47 for a product that is meant to be ready to use, I cannot recommend the product to anyone, and it is also possible that the product…

Pros
  • 1/2" drive - hex socket fits 1/2" impact wrenches and broken rods
Cons
  • too blunt
