Wonderful glasses. Keeps things cold for hours and hot drinks are there. The metal straws have safe plastic tips and I enjoy using them. Would recommend.

Love how pretty it looks and the extra metal straw PLUS the cleaning essentials make it the perfect gift! I went ahead and personalized it with my Cricut machine and loved it even more! Highly recommended.

Disappointing, the drinks aren't cold. The ice cream melted a few minutes after it was placed in the mug. The cups look nice. I like straws and lids. The cup sits perfectly in the cup holder by the pool. But I need my drinks to stay cold otherwise it's pointless nobody wants a hot adult drink. For the price I want my drinks to be cold. I went with a simple modern brand, it works better for half the price.

A very good product given to family members for Christmas. Impressed with the straw cleaner and the shipping box it came in. My sister in law was at our new years eve party last night and asked how it works, she said it keeps drinks hot or cold (depending) and the lid holds well. It was a good idea for a massive Christmas present, an inexpensive and easy gift for all ages: teens and older.

I waited a bit before writing this review. I bought these mugs for my own use and have had them for about a month now - No rust - Lids seal water well except for the straw hole of course - You don't feel heat or cold liquid - No condensation - The drinking part of the mug is smooth and not sharp - does not cut. I've seen several other reviews where the cups are sharp and have cut people. You are definitely worth it!

These insulating glasses are simply perfect. We bought these to replace four admittedly well used Tervis jars, one of which had lost its seal. They outperformed the 'glasses' they replaced by a lot - our home ice maker doesn't even lag behind - which is a huge bonus! I've had these for a few months now so can't rate their durability yet. At first I was looking for something in the 8-10 ounce range for wine, but 12 ounces seems to be what various brands seem to have. This then poses a problem as I use extra large gloves but I think using these cups can be a problem for children or anyone with small or even medium sized hands.
