The stencil material wasn't too thick for my cutting machine, wish it was a little thicker but it cuts well and I needed sharp edges.

I bought this to make cookie stencils with my Cricut Maker, I also bought the 10mil and 7.5mil versions and tested everything so I hope this helps you make an informed decision hold true.
