I have ordered and used several of these. The only problem is that the loop is twisted the wrong way round. I just gently twist it with a small pair of pliers.

I bought three of these charms to put the sterling silver charms my parents gave me years ago on my new Pandora bracelet to fix. They worked like a charm, no pun intended. They are made of 0.925 Sterling Silver and are very shiny and attractive. I just wish they came with little loops to attach old charms to. I had to take mine to a jeweler and he added charms to these pendant holders with small silver loops. As another reviewer mentioned, shipping was a little slow, but I wasn't in a huge rush
