Chamomile screw back earrings, one of the earrings kept falling out!

The back of these earrings, even though they are on the back of the screws, one of them fell out the whole time and now I can't find it. She just started wearing them and it's too late to return them! I am extremely disappointed. I want to return and get my money back or buy others. What a waste of money!

Small blemish but still wearable. I think

The post on one of the earrings is slightly wrong. I don't know if you can tell from the photo. It looks a little crooked but in reality it looks like the post has a crooked manufacturing defect. I haven't actually put them in my daughter's ears yet, but I don't think it will cause any problems with her wearing them. On the other hand, I'm pleasantly surprised that the earrings weren't crushed. UPS made a terrible delivery!
